Ok so what exactly is cosplay?
According to Cosplay.com it is a Japanese phrase that combines the two words "Costume" and "Play" together...It usually means wearing a costume based on a Japanese animation or video-game.
Well In early 2004 I found out that Atlanta actually has an Anime Convention called Anime Weekend Atlanta. So Adam and I have decided that we are going.
Current Project: Ranma(female-type)
Adam and I decided we wanted to dress up at Anime Weekend Atlanta. First we where going to do a costume from Vampire game and oy it just seemed too difficult, armor and all that stuff. Then when we where reading Ranma 1/2 I thought it would be more realistic for us to make Ranmas outfit than the outfits from Vampire Game. I looked for pictures of both male type and female type and found this picture and Then we both fell in love with the outfit. It looks comphy and not too complicated. The convention isnt till later this fall so we have plenty of time to get everything together.
